Will my honey crystallise?
Yes. Crystallisation is a natural characteristic of real honey and does not mean it has gone bad. It depends on the honey's natural composition and storage conditions.
How do I soften crystallised honey?
Place the sealed pouch in warm water at approximately 40–50°C, allow the the honey re-liquifies. Do not microwave or boil the pouch.
Is the pouch recyclable?
The pouch is marked with recycling codes 4 and 1. These identify plastic materials but do not guarantee local acceptance of the finished pouch. Check with your local council or recycling provider.
How should I store it?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and excessive heat. Reseal the cap after use.
Is it suitable for babies?
No. Honey must not be given to infants under 12 months.
