The Craft of Fulfilment

At Bee Boy UK, we aren’t a massive warehouse. We are a small-batch apiary and workshop.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 1–3 business days for us to hand-pack your order.

  • Shipping Methods: We primarily ship via [Insert Carrier, e.g., Royal Mail / USPS / UPS]. You will receive a tracking number via email the moment your heritage gear leaves the hive.

Temperature & The "Beeswax Shield"

Our balms are made from 100% natural beeswax and mango butter. This means they are sensitive to extreme temperatures.

  • In Cold Weather: The balm may arrive firm. Simply let it sit at room temperature for an hour, or warm a small amount between your palms to activate the "mechanical" hold.

  • In Hot Weather: During peak summer months, we take extra care in our packaging. However, if your balm arrives slightly softened due to a hot delivery truck, simply place the jar (upright) in a cool, dry place or the refrigerator for 20 minutes. Its structural integrity and "breathable" properties will remain fully intact.

Domestic Shipping Rates

International Shipping

We do ship to select countries outside of the [Insert Country]. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are unable to redirect packages once they have been dispatched. If a package is returned to the hive due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the carrier, it is considered in your possession. We recommend shipping to a secure location. If your package is missing but marked as delivered, please contact the carrier directly to open a claim.

A Note on Sustainability

In line with our commitment to the environment and our bees, we use recyclable and biodegradable packaging materials whenever possible. Your order should arrive safe, secure, and with a minimal footprint.
