The Beekeeper’s Guarantee

At Bee Boy UK, we believe in the pursuit of mastery and the quality of our craft. Every jar of balm is hand-poured and inspected before it leaves our apiary. However, we understand that finding your signature scent online can be a challenge.

The First-Jar "Risk-Free" Promise

We don't offer sample sizes because we believe you need to experience the full texture and performance of our balm to truly appreciate it.

If this is your first time ordering a specific scent and you find it doesn't "match your spirit," let us know within 14 days. Even if you’ve opened it and tried it, we will either swap it for a different Jar or provide a full refund. We want your first journey with Bee Boy to be perfect.

Our Standard Policy

For repeat orders or multiple items, we maintain specific guidelines to ensure hygiene and safety:

  • 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • Unused Condition: For general returns (outside of our First-Jar Promise), items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging. To cover the cost of processing, a 10% restocking fee applies to these returns.

  • Proof of Purchase: Please retain your order confirmation email to help us process your request quickly.

Damages & Issues

If your order arrives damaged (e.g., a dented tin or a heat-related leak), please inspect it immediately. Send a photo to returns@beeboy.co.uk and we will dispatch a replacement at no extra cost.

Refunds & Exchanges

Once a return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. For the fastest service on exchanges, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for your preferred scent.
